The USGT Appropriations Committee awards student organizations on the ASU Tempe campus Club Operation Funding capped at $600 per semester. If your student organization has not taken the required Appropriations Training or created a SunDevilSync profile, please refer to the USGT Funding webpage.

Fall 2022 General Funding Budget Request in SunDevilSync
Opens: July 1, 2022
Closes: September 30, 2022
All paperwork due: December 2, 2022
Spring 2023 General Funding Budget Request in SunDevilSync
Opens: November 28, 2022
Closes: February 10, 2023
All paperwork due: April 28, 2023
Submit a budget request in SunDevilSync within the above deadlines. See the below guide for help.
Only the top three officers of an organization should submit a budget request since they should’ve taken the required Appropriations Training course. Submissions from advisors or general members will not be considered.
Your student organization’s general budget request will be reviewed within four weeks of submission. If further clarification is needed on your budget request, a comment will be left on your budget request. An automatic email will be sent to the budget requestor – the individual who submitted the budget. However, we highly recommend that you also regularly check SunDevilSync to avoid missing a notification.
The turnaround time is conditional on your student organization being responsive to our questions and requests for clarification.
Funds will be available for use once the Senate Appropriations Committee approves the budget internally.
